Large historic olive trees line the entrance to The Maples located in the heart of Woodland. The 45-acre estate has three distinct venue areas to accommodate the style of your event. For our wedding events we have a beautiful bridal suite and a grooms den available for your bridal party. In addition, there is also a "honeymoon suite" on site for the bride and groom to stay the night!
- The Homestead - The Homestead is peaceful and tranquil with a spacious manicured lawn area surrounded by magnificent trees. The pool setting includes an outdoor fire place, bocce ball court and horseshoe pit. This location is the perfect space to host your large outdoor wedding or event.
- The Maples Stable - The Maples Stable is a former 1930’s horseshow barn and once hosted the original Yolo County fair. This backdrop and covered arena is the ideal venue for the rustic chic, vintage wedding of your dreams.
- The Courtyard - A giant Ginkgo tree and tall hedges create a private and intimate setting in the red brick Courtyard. This setting is perfect for small affairs.
- Bridal Suite - An elegant space for the bride and her bridesmaid to prepare for the big day. A private bathroom, large sitting area, wine fridge and granite vanity with plenty of outlets and mirror space for makeup and hair.
- Grooms Den - This man-cave is complete with it’s own bar, refrigerator and pool table. There’s plenty of leather couches, bar stools and closet space for the all the groomsmen.
- Kitchen - Our commercial kitchen is a caterers dream and is ready to service your event. The top of the line equipment includes: a convection oven, a 34” 6-burner HD range, an ice and water dispenser, reach-in refrigerator and freezer, and chef’s table with plenty of prep space. The kitchen has easy access load in and load out access. Our kitchen is available for a monthly rental as well as hourly rental to promote the farm to fork movement.
- Rustic Covered Barn -The perfect setting for your very own farm to fork dinner in the heart of Northern California.
- Games - Keep your guests entertained with a Bocce Ball court and horseshoe pit.
In addition to weddings, The Maples is a perfect location for corporate events, meetings and family gatherings and parties. Here are some additional ammenities The Maples has to offer:
- Conference Room - The large conference room can accommodate up to 50 seated guests. It is surrounded by wall to wall windows so your staff can enjoy the property, or close the blinds for training videos.
- AV Equipment - Our conference room is equipped with a 90″ television for your presentations and videos. There is WiFi and plenty of outlets available for laptops. Contact us directly if you have other AV needs.
- Small Meeting Room - Utilize our smaller meeting room for breakout groups or a more intimate setting.
