2022 Clarksburg Sauvignon Blanc

Our 2022 Sauvignon Blanc hails from the rich alluvial soils of the Clarksburg growing region. Fermented in neutral French oak barrels and aged on the lees for nine months, this crisp and elegant wine is full of pear and citrus aromas and subtle floral complexity.  The mouth feel is bright and rich with flavors of grapefruit and mineral.
The perfect wine to sip on a warm summer afternoon, this wine will pair beautifully with spaghetti carbonara, arugula and melon salad, chicken with leeks and potatoes, or a large plate of fresh oysters.
