North Coast Brut
Made from Chardonnay grapes and produced in the classic "Methode Champenoise" style, this new release of Elevation Ten bubbly achieved its sparkle through a second fermentation in the very bottle it is served from. This centuries-old technique is known to make the best sparkling wines in the world and reflects our commitment to bringing the best to you. While not technically "Champagne", this wine shows all the things we love about the famous French version: subtle aromas of strawberry, peach and apricots, complex notes of cream and toasty yeast, gentle effervescence, and a wonderfully bracing acidity that begs for oysters, caviar, hard cheeses and a good party.
